The food we grew up on
The people behind Madras Dosa Co hail from South India, and the menu is the food they grew up on: crisp, savory dosas, soft idly, vada, uttapam, paniyaram and the chaats of Indian street food.
Batter made from scratch
Our dosa batter is still made from scratch with rice and lentils, naturally fermented for a light, crisp dosa, and cooked fresh on the griddle.
An open kitchen
Our open kitchen lets you see us make dosas live, just like we grew up seeing them made in our moms' kitchens.
From our table to yours
We love sharing the whole experience with you, from mixing bowls to serving plates. Dosa has never disappointed us, and we hope you love it as much as we do.
