Madras Dosa Co makes Indian street food to order at four Manhattan locations. Every dosa is cooked fresh on the griddle and served with coconut chutney, ginger chutney and sambar, alongside idly, uttapams, chaats and mango lassi.
Stop in for lunch near the office, a quick bite before a Broadway show or a late dinner downtown. All four NYC locations take online orders for pickup, so you can skip the wait.

What to orderon your first visit.
New to Indian street food? Start with a dosa: a thin, crisp crepe made from rice and lentil batter, folded around spicy potatoes, paneer, egg, chicken, lamb or beef.
Add a plate of chaat like pani puri or papdi chaat, a few savory vada for dipping in sambar, and a cold mango lassi to balance the spice.
